Student film - Dundee University

In my third year of University, I was brought on as an assistant for Bud. As an animation assistant, I cleaned and coloured a shot during a chase involving the two main characters.

Clean-up artist

The biggest challenge when cleaning this animation was incorporating the motion blur in a way that was faithful to the rough animations. I opted to give them a hatched appearance.

Colouring artist

This animation was coloured in TVPaint which has tools to aid animators in colouring.
